What is a vision board?
A vision board is a collage of different visuals (images or words) that represent what we wish. Because sight is key in our habits and daily life choices, seeing regularly visual reminders of what matters to us helps us take decisions that support our goals.
In fact, athletes get ready for their competitions by visualizing the event and get into a winning mindset.

What will happen during the workshop?
Marie will guide you through activities that will help you reflect on the past year and clarify what is important for you in 2023. Then, she will walk you through a visualisation of your ideal year and you will then create the board itself. At the end of the workshop, you'll have your vision board as well as tips that will support your staying aligned with your goals throughout the year.
What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothes for the workshop.
Included in the ticket is all the things that you will need to make a vision board: paper, pens, markers, glue, and magazines.
If you wish, you can bring extra magazines to cut from.
Snacks and hot beverages will be provided.
