Conflict resolution coaching with nonviolent communication

Conflicts are a part of life, but that doesn't make them any easier to face. When the support of loved ones isn’t enough, or when it feels too hard to address these issues with them, finding a safe non judgmental space is essential. With the guidance of a trained professional, you can untangle tensions, regain clarity, and make decisions that align with your values. This is what I offer through conflict resolution coaching.

This service is for you if you are dealing with an inner conflict or a conflict with others and want to resolve it constructively while preserving your own well-being and your relationships with those involved.

What's an inner conflict?

An inner conflict often arises from a difficult decision about the future. It’s the kind of conflict that keeps us going around in circles.

You might find yourself thinking: "Should I leave this job just because things aren’t going well with my manager?" or "My partner in life with wants us to move elsewhere, and I feel torn about making a decision."

These situations might also take the form of conflicts with another person:

  • "I can’t communicate with my manager—their passive-aggressive communication style makes conversations impossible."

  • "My partner just announced they think moving would be a good idea. I can’t believe they expect me to simply go along with it!"

Conflict resolution coaching is for you if:

  • You’re dealing with a conflict that’s eating away at you and affecting your well-being.

  • You’re struggling to make a decision about the situation and you need clarity.

  • You can’t have a constructive conversation about it with your loved ones—you're met with advice that doesn’t feel right for you : "Quit your job / partner! That’s life! At least you have a job / partner, you should be grateful!".

  • You want to stop going in circles with these problems in your mind.

  • You can’t imagine discussing the situation directly with the other person. If that’s the case, maybe my mediation services are a better fit!

Sarah

Marie was really efficient! With the pandemic, I had withdrawn myself, I was in conflict with myself. I am a woman of movement and I had lost this important part of myself which allows me to exist on a daily basis. Thanks to her coaching and listening, Marie was able to make me think about myself and set up goals that were unclear in my mind! So I found my dynamism and I managed to remove my barriers. I became myself again 😍
